This top plate comes with the SuperSix Evo headset and sits on top of the upper bearing. It goes underneath the conical spacer unless you are taking that off and are slamming that stem. Compatible with SuperSix Evo, CAAD10, CAAD12 and Synapse Carbons models after 2014. New pieces will not have the SuperSix logo printed in the future.
